  • Identity Data: Name, and for city-to-city transfers or specific corporate bookings, Passport or ID numbers.
  • Contact Data: Phone number and email address.
  • Transaction Data:Pickup/drop-off locations, flight details, and service history.
  • Technical Data: We use Google Analytics on our website to collect anonymous data such as IP addresses and browsing behavior to improve our user experience.

2. How Data is Collected

  • Direct Interaction:Most data is collected directly from you via WhatsApp or Email during the booking process.
  • Website Forms:Information entered into our website forms is either redirected to our official email or used to generate a pre-filled WhatsApp message for your convenience.
  • Manual Documentation:Passport/ID details are requested manually for security and regulatory compliance before payment or long-distance travel.

3. Use of Information

We use your data to:

  • Process and confirm your bookings.
  • Communicate logistics updates (e.g., driver arrival).
  • Comply with Mozambican transport and tax regulations.
  • Marketing: We may occasionally send you promotions or updates via WhatsApp or Email. You may opt-out of these communications at any time by replying "STOP" or contacting us directly.

4. Data Storage and Retention

Storage: Client information is stored in secure administrative databases (Excel) and protected email servers.

Retention: We retain travel history and personal data for a period of two (2) years. After this period, data is deleted unless it is required to be kept longer for tax, accounting, or legal auditing purposes under Mozambican law.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

To provide seamless service, we may share limited information:

  • Subcontractors: We share only your Name, Pickup Location, and Phone Number with third-party drivers or partner agencies to ensure your transfer is completed.
  • Legal Authorities:We will disclose personal information if required by the Mozambican Police (PRM), tax authorities, or other government bodies when presented with a valid legal request or for the purposes of national security/public safety.

6. Payment Security

  • We do not process or store credit card information through our website.
  • All payments are handled via cash or physical card terminals (POS) at the time of service.
  • We do not have access to your full card digits or CVV codes during these transactions.

7. Your Rights

Under Mozambican law, you have the right to:

  • Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request the correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request the deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
